About the practice

The practice provides a safe and welcoming space where individuals can find the psychological support they need. I offer individual therapy for both children and adults, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients. My services include, among others, crisis intervention, comprehensive psychological diagnosis, and long-term psychological support to help navigate life’s challenges. I welcome anyone seeking support, including neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring an inclusive and affirming environment. My therapeutic approach is primarily based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), combined with elements of emotion-focused therapy to help clients understand, process, and regulate their emotions effectively. Sessions are available in both Polish and English and can be conducted either in person or remotely, depending on your preference and needs.

My background

I have extensive experience working with both children and adults in various psychological and clinical settings. I have worked closely with neurodivergent children on the autism spectrum, as well as their parents, providing support tailored to their unique needs and challenges. Additionally, I have experience conducting individual therapy sessions and working in clinical environments with people facing mental health difficulties, as well as those with life-threatening and somatic illnesses, including hospice care. My therapeutic work is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, which I use to help clients navigate emotional and psychological difficulties effectively.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology (2016), accredited by PsyKo and have completed postgraduate courses in psychological counseling and crisis intervention. I am currently finalizing a postgraduate specialization in psychological diagnosis to further deepen my expertise. I am a member of FSP and VIPP organizations in Switzerland. Originally from Poland, I now live in Switzerland, which gives me a personal understanding of the challenges expats and multicultural individuals may face. I speak both Polish and English fluently, allowing me to provide therapy in either language to ensure comfort and accessibility for my clients.
